CANCELLATION POLICY
You have 24 hours to cancel your appointment by phone call. Absolutely no social media inboxes for cancellations. All deposits are non refundable but are transferrable if you cancel within the 24 hour window. (Deposits are required upon scheduling or you will be automatically cancelled within 24 hours of scheduling.) If you would like to reschedule then you may do so within the 24 window. Your deposit will be transferred, and used toward the next appointment. You only have two times to reschedule the same appointment after that your appointment will be cancelled. After the 3rd reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. Appointments cancelled the day of your appointment will result in 100% charge of the service cancelled. Cancelling the day before will result into 50% charge of the service scheduled. No call no shows will be charged full price of the service. If your card declines this transaction, you will not be able to book future appointments until payment has been rendered in full.

My journey behind the chair began at just 12 years old, following in the footsteps of my mother and grandmother. What started as a passion for creating beautiful hair evolved into a purpose: helping women understand, restore, protect, and fall in love with their hair. Throughout my career, I’ve helped hundreds of women transition into healthier hair-care practices while showing my clients that they don’t have to choose between healthy hair and beautiful hair. I specialize in healthy hair maintenance, silk presses, custom color, natural hair, precision cuts, extensions, and transformative hair-care services. But my chair is about more than the finished style. I believe in educating my clients, creating realistic at-home regimens, selecting products intentionally, and protecting the integrity of the hair through every transformation. As the owner of Curls Avenue Salon, I’ve created an environment centered around professionalism, education, wellness, and exceptional client care.
